“Early to bed and early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise” leaving bed at early morning and doing exercises help us in  many ways for physical and mental healthiness and a fresh life.imagesyeah surely !  At first laziness will stop getting early, but once you overcomed it, you will feel deep peace. That the habit of walking has positive effects on life has been proved. We all know a sound mind lives in a sound body. Walking adds a meaning to life—–

  • Habit of walking removes mental stress.
  • To keep oneself away from disappointment, walk fast for 40 minutes everyday.
  • Along with keeping the mind and body cool it removes sleeplessness.
  • Removes cholesterol and corrects blood circulation.
  • Enhance beauty and enrich the body languages.
  • Controls appetite.
  • Walking and jogging lessens body fat.
  • Above all slows down getting old age.
  • Freshens the body and mind and makes the body flexible.
  • One can keep away his thoughts of being addicted to alcoholic things.

  • Controls high blood pressure and diabetes.
  • Lessens the possibilities of heart diseases.
